The firm has extensive experience in obtaining merger control clearances before the Cyprus Commission for the Protection of Competition, having advised on and successfully completed numerous domestic and cross-border transactions. Our team regularly represents clients in proceedings before the Commission and provides strategic advice on competition law issues arising from commercial conduct, industry practices, regulatory investigations, and complex transactional matters.
