Sophia Nicolaou

Sophia has been an Advocate at Chryssafinis & Polyviou LLC since 2024. She obtained her LL.B. from the Democritus University of Thrace and her LL.M. from the European University Cyprus. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2023.

Sophia advises and represents clients across a broad range of legal matters, with a particular focus on civil and administrative law. She has extensive experience in litigation, handling a wide range of contentious civil matters, including banking claims. She regularly appears before the District Courts and the Administrative Court, representing clients, including banking institutions and credit acquisition companies, in trials and other court proceedings. Her practice also includes drafting and reviewing legal documents and court pleadings, as well as providing legal opinions to prominent clients.
