Panayiota Stylianou

Yiota is an advocate at Chryssafinis & Polyviou LLC since 2015. She obtained her LLB from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and LLM from the City University of London and she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2008.

Yiota has represented clients in District Courts and in Appeal Court in a wide range of cases, focusing on banking litigation, tort and contract disputes. She has successfully represented major banking institutions and Credit Acquiring Companies & Services in cases involving credit facilities as foreign loans, housing loans and current accounts. She also advices clients on commercial agreements and loan restructuring agreements. Furthermore, Yiota has experience in drafting legal documents as well preparing and providing legal opinions.

Her property law practice includes advising on rental agreements and tenancy disputes and she represents clients in trial proceedings and hearings.

Yiota has attended civil mediation Training Courses at Cyprus Consumer Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution, and she is successfully registered as Civil Mediator since 2024.
