Chloe Stylianou

Chloe is an advocate at Chryssafinis & Polyviou LLC since 2021. She obtained her LLB and LLM from the University of Cyprus and she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2021.

Chloe has represented clients in District Courts in a wide range of cases, focusing on banking litigation, complex tort, contract and international disputes. Her practice, also focuses on personal injury claims and insurance litigation, in which she has successfully represented major insurance companies in cases involving motor accidents, while she is frequently involved in professional and medical negligence cases.

Chloe has also experience and represents clients and major banking institutions in proceedings for setting aside fraudulent transfers, securing at the same time, ex parte freezing injunctions of the relevant immovable property. Chloe has recently obtained ex parte freezing orders of immovable property against third parties invoking the Court’s Chabra Jurisdiction, which were later rendered absolute by the District Court of Nicosia.
