Thekla Kastoris

Thekla is an advocate at Chryssafinis & Polyviou LLC since 2019. She obtained her LL.B from University of Manchester and LL.M from University College London (UCL) and she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2010.

Thekla has extensive experience in a range of corporate banking and finance law matters with a particular emphasis on syndicated and bilateral facilities, debt restructurings and secured lending. Her experience includes advising both corporate borrowers and financial institutions on major debt restructurings, both domestically and internationally.

Thekla has also considerable experience in corporate and commercial law, regularly acting for local and international clients on joint ventures, reorganisations and M&A transactions. She recently advised a global infrastructure operator on a multi-jurisdictional carve-out and partial sale of its passive ground segment infrastructure assets.
